My photo crop isn't downloading correctly. What should I do?
Make sure you are using a modern browser (Chrome 90+, Firefox 88+, or Safari 14+). Try clearing your browser cache and reloading the page. If the issue persists, try a different browser. Our tools use HTML5 Canvas APIs which are supported on all modern browsers.
The PDF compressor made my file larger, not smaller. Why?
This can happen with PDFs that contain mostly text (already highly compressed) or with very short, simple PDFs where the overhead of the new PDF structure is proportionally large. Try using "Low" or "Minimum" quality settings and a scale of 80% for better compression results.
